Governance
The Friends of the Millbury Public Library is a non-profit organization of volunteers dedicated to enhancing the library's programs and services to all Millbury citizens through volunteering, advocacy and fundraising.
The membership year runs from October 1st to September 30th. At the Annual Meeting in September officers are elected by members to serve during the coming year.
Current 2008-2009 elected officers include:
- Co-Chairpersons: Rosemary Nelson and Elizabeth Tuff
- Treasurer: Patricia Davidson
- Secretary: Cindy Nagle
In addition, there are several committees open to all members:
- Membership Committee
- Publicity and Marketing Committee
- Booksale Committee
- Spring Event Planning Committee
- Gardening/Front Entry Committee
